The tea: You'll be our influencer whisperer, connecting with creators who can authentically spread the word about queer healthcare that doesn't suck. Your talent for spotting the perfect partnerships will turn followers into patients and help us reach millions in the LGBTQ+ community.

No more awkward doctor visits, just healthcare that actually gets us – and you'll be the one making sure everyone knows about it. In Europe alone, 75 million LGBTQ+ folks are up to 23x more likely to get sick, yet most can't find providers who understand them and their medical needs.

Enter Every Health: we're building the first digital healthcare provider made specifically for the LGBTQ+ community. Tasks What you'll work on (your influencer empire) You'll work closely with our cofounder Alex to transform influencer marketing into our secret weapon.

Find our perfect matches – Discover influencers who actually align with our values and the LGBTQ+ community (not just those who change their logo for Pride month). Slide into DMs with purpose – Build relationships with creators who can authentically talk about healthcare without making everyone cringe.

Dream up campaigns that don't feel like medicine – Create concepts that make healthcare topics engaging and shareable (yes, even the awkward ones). Keep our partnerships flowing – Manage collaborations from idea to execution, ensuring content is both medically accurate and actually watchable.

Track what's working (and what's flopping) – Monitor all the important metrics and turn that data into insights we can use. Build your influencer roster – Develop long-term relationships with creators who become genuine advocates for better queer healthcare.

Stay ahead of the algorithm – Keep us current on platform trends, viral moments, and new ways to talk about healthcare that won't get lost in the feed. Requirements You'll thrive in this role if you: Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or something related (but we're more interested in your skills than your degree).

Have a little bit of experience connecting brands with influencers to drive real results – you know your way around TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube beyond just scrolling for hours. Understand influencer culture so well you can spot rising stars before they blow up and know which trends are worth jumping on.

Are a creative relationship builder who can craft campaigns that don't feel like traditional healthcare marketing (because we're anything but traditional). Get excited about startup life where you'll build processes from scratch instead of following a boring playbook.

Are adaptable, entrepreneurial, and collaborative – you figure things out as you go and don't wait for perfect instructions. Speak German and English fluently enough to slide between both without thinking about it. Have connections to and/or genuine understanding of the LGBTQ+ community (this isn't just a marketing checkbox for us).

Creative ownership that lets you shape our influencer strategy from the ground up. Growth opportunities through workshops, conferences, and courses that keep you at the cutting edge. Connections to the LGBTQ+ and healthcare communities through events that actually matter.
