If this sounds like you, ABOUT YOU could be the right place to bring in your perspective. • Manage our equity programs and related operational cycles (grants, vesting, settlements, and documentation) • Act as the first point of contact for internal participants, equity administrators, Finance, P&O, and high-level stakeholders at our parent company, Zalando • Continuously (re-)design and streamline equity processes to ensure smooth and accurate execution across all involved teams • Prepare, analyze, and present key HR metrics and reports for P&O, Finance, and Zalando stakeholders • Support diverse P&O Analytics and Controlling initiatives outside of peak equity periods, turning raw data into actionable insights • Exceptional numerical reasoning, logical thinking, and a problem-solving attitude • Advanced skills in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and a strong affinity for working with data, systems, and tools • High attention to detail, strong process-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to stakeholders at different levels • Degree in Business, Economics, HR, Finance, Data/Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) • Excellent written and spoken English Nice To Have • Prior experience with Equity Compensation or Employee Share Schemes • First touchpoints with Compensation & Benefits or HR Analytics Your perks at a glance: Visit our benefits page .
