Each 6‑center cluster you open adds EUR 3 m+ in annual top‑line revenue. You’ll literally build the infrastructure that makes this start‑up scale.

Requirements You’re a generalist who connects dots others don’t even see.

We don’t care what you’ve studied or where you interned – as long as your CV shows hunger and action. • You’re structured, communicative, and allergic to bureaucracy. • You love operational chaos and turn it into process. • You’re fluent in German (C2) and hold a valid Class B driving licence. • You’ve finished a Bachelor’s/Master’s at a top university. • Experience in fast‑paced environments (consulting, VC, PE, IB, hypergrowth start‑ups) is a plus.

You’ll move fast, own real P&L impact, and work directly with founders who trust you to deliver. • Huge End‑to‑End Ownership: Make a real impact from day one and roll‑out new locations across Germany.
