Your tasks include End‑to‑end deal support, from sourcing and due diligence to value creation and exit Business and market research Screening and identification of investment opportunities Preparation of financial analysis and investment committee presentations Financial modelling and valuation of companies and deal structures Being an integral part of portfolio company deal teams, supporting founders and management teams on key initiatives Developing a view on emerging technologies and trends (e.g., robotics software, industrial VR/AR applications, regtech, or payments) Your profile Excellent academic track‑record and credentials with a graduate degree (Master) from a leading university 1–3 years of prior work experience, ideally in fund/IB/consulting roles (or equivalent) Strong technical skills (corporate finance modelling/valuation) Very good skills in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) Passionate about new technologies and interacting with entrepreneurs Team‑first mentality and ability to collaborate in small and large groups Entrepreneurial mindset to build global leaders in our portfolio while continuing to craft a top technology investment firm with us Fluent in English and German We are offering the rare chance to join our team as a full‑time Junior Associate or Associate at our Frankfurt location.
