YZR Capital is a leading HealthTech investment platform with rapid AuM growth, backed by top-tier LPs, investing from Seed to Series B Operating out of Munich, our portfolio spans Europe and the US, with investments across 10 countries The team is responsible for several lighthouse transactions in the sector, such as Biorce and Scan Tasks As an Investment Manager you will be working in an entrepreneurial setting, contributing across the entire investment lifecycle and playing a role in shaping the future of health tech in Europe.

In this role, you will: Drive the investment process end-to-end together with one of our partners, from sourcing to evaluation, due diligence, and deal execution Prepare materials for internal decision-making and investor communication Develop and pressure-test investment theses in our focus areas, and translate sector deep dives into actionable pipeline Engage with portfolio companies on strategic and operational topics Strengthen YZR's platform through research, tooling, and internal initiatives, and help build our network of founders and co-investors Support the GPs on internal projects Requirements Strong entrepreneurial, analytical, and curious mindset 3-5 years of relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, strategy consulting, or investment banking Previous hands-on exposure to investment processes, including sourcing, due diligence, and supporting deal execution Enthusiasm for new business models in the field of health tech High motivation, initiative, and a collaborative spirit, with strong communication skills English proficiency, good knowledge of German (B2+) Benefits Together with the YZR team, you will be able to push with us our vision of accelerating health tech disruption in Europe As part of our fund, you will get access to founders and VCs in the health tech field, enabling you to build up your own network As a first-time fund, you will work in a startup-like environment and can be proactive and hands-on and take over responsibilities from day 1 Together with the YZR team, you will be able to push our vision of accelerating health tech disruption in Europe in a culture that rewards a hands-on approach, initiative, and independent thinking.
