Missions: You will be fully integrated into the activities of the Private Debt and Private Equity teams in Frankfurt, Germany, and will actively participate in the following missions: Perform sector, strategic, and financial analyses of target companies, Build financial models and scenario cases, Support the deal team in preparing investment memos for Tikehau’s investment committees in order to obtain deal approval, Conduct market research focused on trends in the private equity and debt markets, Prepare marketing, pitch, and client presentations and documents.
Profile: Business Administration / Economics student with focus on finance, accounting and / or banking, High analytical ability as well as structured and accurate way of working, Experience with MS Office and fluency in English and German, Relevant work experience from internships in investment banking, private equity / debt, consulting, or Big 4, Demonstrated high level of commitment, versatility, curiosity, determination, and the ability to work in a team environment.
