Your Role As an Innovation Manager , you will: • Lead high-impact PoC projects , connecting startups with corporations in industries such as automotive, energy, finance, and manufacturing. • Be a trusted advisor , translating startup solutions into tangible business impact for clients. • Drive collaborations, ensuring seamless communication and alignment among stakeholders. • Scout and recommend startup solutions using your technical skills and understanding of corporate needs. • Leverage your network to scale successful partnerships and promote impactful solutions. • Track and evaluate PoC performance to create lasting value for both corporations and startups.

What We’re Looking For • Persuasive communicator : Able to simplify complex technologies and inspire stakeholders. • Innovation experience : Proven success managing high-stakes projects, ideally in fast-paced or deep tech sectors. • Strategic problem solver : Autonomous worker, juggling multiple projects, bringing creative solutions. • Technologically savvy : Quick grasp of new technologies and their business applications. • Strong network : Established relationships in the corporate and startup worlds. • Venture Clienting expertise : Experience in venture clienting or corporate-startup partnerships is highly valuable.
