Responsibilities Perform due diligence, research and analysis, and prepare decision‑making documents for transactions. Synthesize information and present complex business plan outcomes.
Research sectors identified through origination activities to target specific industries and potential investments. Collaborate with colleagues on various projects and initiatives to support investment decision‑making. Assist in monitoring and tracking existing portfolio companies.
Qualifications Currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s program or pursuing an advanced Master’s degree with exceptional academic achievements from a top‑tier business school or university. Relevant prior internships in private equity, M&A, consulting, or industrial infrastructure background.
Strong computer skills, especially MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint. Good commercial understanding of private equity, corporate finance, and the infrastructure sector. Proactive style with strong communication skills and detail‑oriented analytical abilities.
