The chance to contribute to one of the most advanced chemical recycling technologies driving textile circularity. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the development and scale-up of Reju’s polyester recycling process from pilot and demonstration operations through to commercial deployment.

Translating pilot and plant operating data into robust process designs, design bases, and engineering decisions for future industrial facilities. Driving technical decision-making, process optimization, and risk reduction across key unit operations, including purification, crystallization, filtration, drying, and recycle systems.

Coordinating process development activities across R&D, engineering, operations, and external technology partners to ensure alignment and effective execution. Establishing and leading the process development roadmap, ensuring critical technical decisions, priorities, and actions are delivered in line with project objectives.

Your profile: Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related technical discipline; an advanced degree is advantageous. Extensive industrial experience in process development, process engineering and technology scale-up within the chemical, petrochemical, polymer, recycling or related industries.

Demonstrated track record in successfully transferring technologies from pilot, demonstration or development scale to commercial implementation. Strong expertise in separation, purification and solids handling operations, such as crystallization, filtration, drying and integrated process systems. Are you curious?
