ppWe are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to strengthen our engineering team.
In this role you will help design, build, and ship new functionality across our stack: From back-end services and cloud infrastructure to the applications our customers rely on inside recycling plants. /p pThis is a hands-on engineering role for someone who thinks end-to-end.
You will take on real engineering challenges: reasoning through the logic, drafting the architecture, deciding how a solution should be deployed and served, and then implementing it.
As a small, fast-moving startup, we need someone comfortable working across the full stack and able to own a challenge from idea to production, a true startup generalist. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liTake engineering challenges end-to-end - define the logic, draft the architecture, decide how the solution is deployed and served, and implement it. /li liDesign, build, and deploy back-end services and APIs on Google Cloud, using Cloud Run, VMs and Firebase Functions. /li liModel, store, and serve data reliably with Firebase and NoSQL databases. /li liWrite clean, maintainable Python across services and internal tooling. /li liContainerize and ship applications with Docker, using Git/GitHub for version control. /li liContribute to front-end applications (React, and potentially Swift-iOS). /li liMaintain high standards for code quality, scalability, and reliability in production environments. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liA university degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field. /li liSeveral years of software engineering experience across the stack. /li liStrong proficiency in Python and solid general software engineering fundamentals. /li liProven ability to solve engineering challenges end-to-end, from logic and architecture through to deployment and serving. /li liExperience with cloud and serverless technologies (Google Cloud, Cloud Run, Firebase Functions). /li liExperience with NoSQL databases (Firebase). /li liExperience with Docker and Git/GitHub. /li liComfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced startup environment with high ownership. /li liStrong communication and collaboration skills. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liFront-end development experience with React. /li liiOS development experience with Swift. /li liExperience with edge systems: Python on Linux, containerized deployments, and on-device trade-offs. /li liFamiliarity with industrial, IoT, or real-time monitoring systems. /li /ul /p
