Help build the foundation of the company by organizing team events, improving internal processes, and keeping operations running efficiently. You are a self‑motivated, high‑energy, team player. Work closely with him to drive the growth and development of BoWatt. You'll identify opportunities, take ownership, and turn ideas into execution.
Grow revenue with us. You'll get involved in the GTM function, from generating pipeline and creating sales materials to running webinars and supporting customer conversations. Define hiring needs, improve recruiting processes, and do hands‑on recruiting.
Assist with stakeholder management and investor relations including the preparation of board and management‑level presentations, reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders. You You are entrepreneurial, hands‑on, resilient and not afraid of getting your hands dirty.
You write clearly, speak confidently, and know how to get to the point. You are comfortable working with numbers and operational detail. You want impact and ownership in an early‑stage company. Requirements Prior experience in a startup, VC, sales, consulting or banking internship.
We are looking for high‑potential generalists with strong execution ability. 4 days per week in the office in Munich (Meta Office, Balanstraße).
