As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you’ll spend your internship embedded in one of our portfolio companies, therapie1 , while working closely with the founders of both therapie1 and ThirtyEight Capital.

Tasks Work directly with the founder and leadership team on strategic and operational initiatives. You’ll join at an exciting stage of growth and work on projects that have a direct impact on the business. This is not a typical internship.
From day one, you’ll take ownership, solve real business challenges and gain first‑hand experience building a high‑growth company from the inside. Drive cross‑functional projects with real business impact. Analyze markets, competitors and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. Support new clinic launches and expansion projects.
Improve internal processes and implement AI‑powered workflows. Build financial models, presentations and business cases for key decisions.
