Job Description To further strengthen our team in Munich we are currently looking for highly qualified lawyers (f/m/d) in Private Equity with a focus on fund formation.

What you can expect Market leading practice with a particular focus on closed-ended private equity and venture capital funds Advising leading domestic and global PE and VC funds on complex international fundraisings and strategies Representing some of the leading global and local investors in their fund due diligence analyses Advising on complex carried interest and other incentivisation structures What characterizes you We are looking for a German, UK, or US (or international equivalent) qualified associate with a keen interest in business issues to join our highly motivated and market leading team in Munich.
