Clifford Chance is a place where the brightest minds and the best of colleagues meet.Job DescriptionTo further strengthen our team in Munich we are currently looking for highly qualified lawyers (f/m/d) in Private Equity with a focus on fund formation.What you can expectMarket leading practice with a particular focus on closed-ended private equity and venture capital fundsAdvising leading domestic and global PE and VC funds on complex international fundraisings and strategiesRepresenting some of the leading global and local investors in their fund due diligence analysesAdvising on complex carried interest and other incentivisation structuresWhat characterizes youWe are looking for a German, UK, or US (or international equivalent) qualified associate with a keen interest in business issues to join our highly motivated and market leading team in Munich.
