You structure complex investment hypotheses, define analytical frameworks, and synthesize findings into clear decision logic. 📊 Equity Story & Value Creation Design You analyze and challenge business models for leading Private Equity clients and management teams across industries You develop robust equity stories and derive concrete value creation initiatives. 🧠 AI and Tech Differentiation You leverage DevelopX proprietary Tech, AI and Software capabilities to test assumptions and provide insights beyond the standard CDD scope.

You help access the implications of AI on the business models and value creation You develop AI roadmaps and connect them to bottom line results von investors and management teams 🤝 Investor & C-Level Sparring You work directly with private equity partners, investment teams, and portfolio C-level.

You present findings with authority and clarity in high-stakes decision environments. 📈 Team Leadership & Method Development You lead interdisciplinary project teams, manage timelines and deliverables, and continuously refine DevelopX’s due diligence frameworks and standards.

Clear, hypothesis-driven, and outcome-focused. ✔ Leadership & Ownership Mindset Experience leading teams and structuring engagements independently in fast-paced environments. ✔ Academic Background Strong academic track record in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or comparable discipline.

We combine Commercial Due Diligence with digital, technological, and data-driven analysis — delivering sharper insights, deeper digital validation, and stronger investment logic than traditional advisory models.

Our work directly influences investment decisions, equity stories, and value creation roadmaps. Your Mandate 🚀 Due Diligence and Value Creation end-to-end leadership You lead buy- and sell-side due diligence engagements across commercial, digital, technology, and data dimensions.

What We Expect ✔ 4–7+ Years in High-Performance Environments Experience in Strategy Consulting, Transaction Advisory, Digital Strategy, M&A, Private Equity or comparable deal-intensive settings. ✔ Analytical & Strategic Excellence Proven experience evaluating complex business models including financial plans under transaction timelines.

Advanced PowerPoint, Excel skills.

Power BI, further data & analytics skills will be an advantage. ✔ Deep Digital & Technology Understanding Strong grasp of digital business models, platform economics, SaaS metrics, technology architectures, data ecosystems, and AI-driven differentiation. ✔ Structured Communication & Executive Presence Confident in front of C-level stakeholders and investors.

Fluent in German and English.
