Overview
For our Berlin location we are looking for a hands‑on personality to actively manage and grow enterprise customers within the SAP ecosystem. Position Vicoland with enterprise customers and partners as an alternative to traditional consulting. Conduct client conversations, identify cross‑ and upsell opportunities, and maintain CRM.
Implement marketing activities: LinkedIn, website, outreach campaigns. Build and manage Vicos. Source, screen and coordinate experts in the staffing process. Onboard Vico leads and support them during delivery. Create Vico profiles and positioning materials. Actively use AI tools and apply Vicoland’s AI features in customer work.
Requirements University degree. 2 years of experience in business development, consulting, or sales. German at C2 level and business‑fluent English – mandatory. Entrepreneurial, hands‑on working style. Curiosity about AI and willingness to actively adopt new tools. SAP knowledge, recruiting experien
