Analyst, Investment Analyst – Venture Strategy

KfW Capital is looking for an Investment Analyst to join their team in Frankfurt. In this role, you’ll be involved in the investment process for venture and growth capital funds, supporting due diligence and identifying investment opportunities. What You’ll Do

• Participate in the entire investment process for venture and growth capital fund investments
• Support due diligence for target funds and co-investments
• Identify investment opportunities and risks
• Assist investment managers with ongoing portfolio management
• Contribute to product development
• Engage in cross-functional projects

What You Need

• Completed university degree
• Knowledge of the venture capital market and affinity for startups
• Previous experience in alternative investments is a plus
• Excellent German and negotiation-level English skills
• Strong communication skills and analytical abilities
• Ability to make decisions and focus on results
• Willingness to take responsibility and prioritize tasks
• Team player with a constructive attitude
