You will report directly to the CFO and work closely with our Lead FP&A, external tax advisors, and operational teams across the company.

A Taste of What to Expect Drive monthly and annual financial closures and consolidations with a focus on "Fast Close" automation Own and continuously optimize our end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) and Purchase‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes Run full‑cycle bookkeeping (AP/AR/GL) on our current stack (DATEV Unternehmen Online and Spendesk) while leading our transition to a scalable ERP system Lead the evaluation, implementation, and continuous optimization of our ERP ecosystem from an Accounting perspective Streamline VAT and tax reporting through integrated system logic and digital filing interfaces, replacing manual processes with automated compliance Act as the primary interface for auditors, tax advisors, and authorities, moving towards a "Touchless Accounting" vision The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience Degree in Economics Finance, or Accounting with 5+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance, ideally in Startups, Scaleups, or Consulting You've built or significantly improved accounting processes from the ground up, ideally in a company that had no system in place or was transitioning to automation Hands‑on experience with booking and accounting tools, and you're ready to help us migrate to a modern ERP system Deep, practical know‑how of O2C and P2P processes Solid command of German Accounting & Tax standards (German GAAP) and modern automation tools; familiarity with IFRS is a plus Accurate, detail‑oriented, and proactively self‑organized, with genuine enthusiasm for AI workflows and process optimization.
