As our Account Executive (Growth), you take full ownership of the early-stage sales cycle: from generating opportunities to running high-quality discovery calls, shaping value, and supporting deals through the pipeline.
You’ll be a key driver of revenue growth, working closely with the founders to convert high-potential brands into successful partnerships.
What You’ll Do Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through targeted outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, Apollo, calls) Run effective intro and discovery calls with fashion and retail brands Translate product value into compelling use cases and ROI Work hand-in-hand with founders on deal strategy and proposals Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, ICP insights, and lead quality Maintain a clean, structured sales process in HubSpot Bring new angles, insights, and creative approaches into our growth motion 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a hybrid SDR/AE or full-cycle AE role Fluency in German and English — German proficiency is a must Strong communicator who can run crisp discovery and articulate value clearly You love outbound and know how to open doors with personalized outreach Structured, curious, and comfortable working directly with founders Bonus: fashion tech, e-commerce, or retail SaaS experience What You’ll Get A seat at the table — direct access to founders & leadership A product customers love, in a category that desperately needs innovation The opportunity to shape our commercial processes from the ground up Base salary + success-based commission + fast growth potential Learning budget + travel opportunities Who This Is For This is not a corporate AE role with pre-qualified inbound and a fixed script.
